The activity can be carried out in agile mode.Experience1 yearWhat to expect from this positionYou will be part of Deda Spark, a management and technological consulting boutique of the Group.Within our Strategy & Business Consulting division, you will work on strategic projects for clients in the Financial Services sector, focusing on process optimization and digitalization, development of new technological products, and review of operational models to incorporate technological advancements and regulatory updates.Responsibilities include:Supporting the project team in process analysis, requirements gathering, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.Mapping and modeling business processes, also using Business Process Management tools.Contributing to the preparation of project deliverables, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with client objectives.Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, developing effective communication skills and customer orientation.Collaborating on business case development, evaluating economic, operational, and technological impacts of proposed initiatives.Participating in co-thinking and co-design sessions to support the adoption of new solutions.Conducting market research and benchmarking on technological trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.Must HaveBachelor''s/master''s degree in economics, engineering, or STEM disciplines.Curiosity about digital transformation, technological innovation, and new business models.Analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving orientation.Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.Good command of English.Previous experience in consulting or financial services is a plus.Soft SkillsWe are looking for someone curious and eager to learn, proactive in proposing innovative ideas, and collaborative in a constructive team environment, respecting roles, rules, and group dynamics.
