What Youll Do:
- Act as a strategic business partner to Customer Service Strategy Delivery teams
- Develop and review financial models and business cases linked to departmental priorities
- Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate tracking of business case impacts
- Build and refine financial planning processes and metrics with stakeholders
- Create clear, insightful reporting dashboards that drive accountability and action
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive continuous process improvements
- Present progress in clear, visual formats to a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Mentor peers on financial modelling and technical best practices
What Youll Bring:
- 35 years experience in Financial Planning Analysis or similar role
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and data analysis
- Advanced skills in MySQL, Tableau, Hadoop, and Excel
- Strong understanding of management accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex data into clear insights
- A proactive mindset with a knack for process automation and improvement
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
