What will be your rutine?
- Support and troubleshooting: When your colleagues run into a problem they cannot solve, you will be their saviour! For more complex problems, our developers will be on hand to help.
- Comunication: You will work with customer support in English and warehouse staff in our Italian warehouse.
- Admin Support: You will be responsible for managing and administering various systems and accounts, assigning access and setting permissions.
- Process improvement.
- Learn and grow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn.
What skills and experience should you have?
- Some basic IT support or warehouse systems experience is a good start - and if you don''t, you''ll learn quickly!
- You''re not afraid to solve problems under pressure and enjoy finding out what went wrong (and how to fix it).
- A good command of English - you''ll need it to work with internal systems and communicate with colleagues.
- You can explain things in simple terms.
