Our diverse, global organization fosters a collaborative environment where everyone can make an impact.Accountabilities:Reporting to activities on high-complexity projects/bids or medium/small complexity international projects/bids, responsibilities include:Estimating overall external costs for high-complexity bids;Planning and forecasting external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during project execution in collaboration with the cost control department;Submitting all necessary supply chain inputs for the Integrated Project Plan;Distributing planning and logistics documents (Logistic Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams;Managing project material delivery, including spare parts and repairs, coordinating among involved legal entities;Launching production based on project requirements (Transfer orders, Purchase orders, etc.) aligned with the schedule;Issuing Purchase Requests for materials, services, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery;Preparing supplier logistics and supply planning documentation per contractual requirements;Monitoring and reporting supplier performance, including logistics providers, in terms of production, FAT, shipment, and warehouse management;Identifying and implementing mitigation actions for potential supplier performance issues;Creating SES (Service Entry Sheet) and Work Progress Certificates based on milestones, enabling invoicing;For international projects involving multiple legal entities and complex packages, additional responsibilities include:Ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with schedules and budgets;Optimizing synergies among projects for efficiency;Continuously improving supply chain planning processes, especially cross-functionally;Finalizing and submitting external cost estimates for make and buy activities.Performance Criteria:Completion and issuance of CET form as per bid schedule;Material and service delivery aligned with project schedule;Mitigation actions for delivery delays identified and implemented;External costs tracked against budgets and forecasts;Regular updates and reporting on external costs and inventory accuracy.Required Skills/Knowledge:Technical Bachelor''s degree or equivalent;5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain management;Knowledge of contracts, project management, supplier management, procurement, and vendor monitoring;Proficiency in reporting, risk management, continuous improvement, documentation, MPS-MRP techniques, cost control, logistics, and warehouse management;Understanding of organizational and company processes.Languages:Italian (fluent);English (fluent).#J-18808-Ljbffr
