MISSION: He/She acts as a Project Leader responsibleof the activities pertaining to the discipline within a project, incompliance with the assigned budget and the project schedule,assuring the cost optimization. The Project Leader leads a team ofGroup Leaders and Engineers appointed to the project and reports tothe Project Engineering Manager for the peculiarities of theproject and to the Head of Department for resources and the qualityof the deliverables. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Toprepare and discuss with the Project Team (Project Director/ProjectManager and Project Engineering Manager) and the Head of Departmentthe execution strategy of the project (including the projectschedule) and assure its application throughout the entire projectlife. For specific topics involving high level of expertise,Project Leaders are assisted by Group Leaders; To coordinate theoverall operation of Design and Drafting activities of the PipingGroup and the high quality and timely completion of their workwithin the established man-hour budgets; To update and submit tothe Head of Department the requirement of manpower according to theproject schedule; To conduct technical training to all pipingpersonnel working on the job, in order to promote theirprofessional growth; To organize meetings with all the pipingpersonnel working on the job, in order to inform them about theprogress of the project activities; To have the standard drawingsamended and update when necessary; To ensure that the Contractrequirements are implemented through the established jobspecifications, standards and work instructions; To review thecritical items from design point of view; To review with theother Project Leaders for all the needs and technical aspects whichcan affect the schedule of the job; To collect and update theProgress Report of all activities performed within the PipingDiscipline related to a specific project; To approve all pipingdeliverables; To prove feedback to the Head of Departmentconcerning problems arising from application of standard methodsand work instructions; To exchange experience with all Group, fornew Design and Drafting technique. IN ADDITION: - Fluent in English(up to B1 Level) - Strong background in OIL&GASField
