Youll play a vital role in:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and finding the perfect legal talent for interim, ad hoc, and permanent opportunities.
- Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top-tier legal candidates from the market.
- Conducting in-depth interviews, assessing talent, and providing tailored career advice.
- Contributing to marketing campaigns and representing Limine at business events.
What makes you our ideal candidate?
- You hold a Masters in Law and have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house Legal Counsel.
- You are ready to transition to from a purely legal role into HR for legal talent. Youre a natural communicator with excellent people skills and a knack for IT-based solutions.
- Youre fluent in Dutch (native or bilingual) and have excellent spoken and written command of French and English. Your communication style is smooth, professional, and warm.
- You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and finding ways to help them thrive in their careers.
- You thrive in dynamic environments where every day is different and are skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing urgency.
- You share our core values of transparency, integrity, liberty, and responsibility and are dedicated to building long-term relationships with legal talent and clients.
