Responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise support a selection of clients.Desired Skills & ExperiencePerform correct and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, ensuring a timely and accurate payment run.Maintain, control, and update complex personnel information and payroll data of clients in SAP HR.Respond to and resolve Personnel administration, Time management, and payroll cases or issues escalated by Tier 1 or directly from HR Business Partners at the client.Advise and inform clients about employment law implementation and use, helping them find solutions for administrative, payroll-related, and legal issues.Act as a SAP HR key user for clients: help formulate change requests, prepare functional analysis, and test configurations.Prepare reporting in SAP HR.Engage in daily interactions with other departments and clients via phone and email.Build and maintain a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients.Continuously follow updates and changes in employment law.Produce regular and on-demand payroll reports and statistical information.Business-related skillsBachelor''s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is a plus.Personal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Accurate regarding quality and deadlines.Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacy.Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision.Ability to work autonomously with a strong commitment to the team and department.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English.What we offerAn international business environment with opportunities to use foreign languages.A culture where you can achieve excellence and develop your strengths.A young and dynamic office environment.We offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential within a growing worldwide organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
