AI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT / LEAD AI CONSULTANT ROLE
We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect / Lead AI Consultant to lead the design and implementation of a cutting edge-AI agent integrated with Freshdesk. This role is ideal for a strategic, technically fluent consultant experience in LLM-Based architectures, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. You''ll serve as the key advisor ad architect for a custom AI system enabling knowledge retrieval ad support automation from PDFs, ERPs and support tickets.
AI Solutions Architect / Lead AI consultant - Responsibilities
Analyse and interpret client requirements wit high theoretical rigor
Design AI-based architectures using LMs, RAG pipelines, and multiagent frameworks.
Evaluate off-the-shelf AI solutions versus custom implementations.
Define a clear , scalable implementation roadmap.
Guide integration of AI with platforms like Freshdesk, CRM, ERP.
Consult on strategies to reduce hallucination and improve AI validation mechanisms.
Provide technical oversight, documentation, and support internal teams.
AI Solutions Architect / Lead AI consultant - Qualifications
Proven experience designing LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Antropic, etc.)
Expertise with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) vector databases (Pinecone, FIASS, Weaviate).
Knowledge of agency-based A systems and coordination strategies
Strong background integrating AI into enterprise systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zoho).
Familiarity with middleware, API integration, and architecture planning,
Excellent consulting skills: technical scoping, client interaction, and stakeholder management.
Business professional Italian and good English speaker
