Profile: (training, experience, skills and aptitudes necessary to do the job) Minimum of a secondary school diploma (Bac+ or Bachelor''s degree preferred); Minimum of 2-3 years'' experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role working in a multicultural environment; Good understanding of the office procedures and of student, teachers'' and parent''s needs; Fluent in English (near native level) and strong written communication skills; Fluency in French, German and / or Luxembourgish (preferred); Have strong computer skills (Microsoft office 365, e-forms, etc.) as well as a high level of proficiency in database management (Student information system); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate at all level, and deal with all issues with patience, professionalism and with a solution-oriented mindset; Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask; Awareness of the health, safety and security procedures in a school setting. Among main responsibilities: General duties throughout the year Maintain the Lower School Assistant Principals calendars for meetings and events and coordinate Lower School Leadership team meetings. Coordinate the logistics of said meetings and events with maintenance, catering, attendees; Ensure the LS calendar is up to date and that staff, parents and students are provided with updates as changes happen Facilitate, organise and communicate with the Lower School leadership and Maintenance regarding large Lower School events e.g. Parent conferences, New Family Orientation, School Photos, Staff meetings, Parent workshops etc. Maintain up to date and accurate information throughout the year regarding Lower School After School Activities in coordination with the Lower School Activities Office and the Sports and Facilities offices Support the LS Activities office with all administrative tasks, as required Administrative duties pertaining to the daily running of the Lower School Conduct general day to day and special tasks for the Lower School Leadership team Support absences in LS admin team with day to day tasks required for the smooth functioning of the school day in conjunction with the Lower School Receptionist (daily attendance, lunch, transportation, arrival of substitute teachers, start and end of school day duties); Provide cover and support for Lower School Receptionist where required; Liaise with other parts of the school on general matters (Upper School, Business Office, Central Administration, Admissi
