The role involves utilizing company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve long-term client goals and attract new clients.Responsibilities include:Ensuring sales results in revenue, profit (contribution, customer EBIT/P&L), and cash flow (DSO and over-dues) within the designated sales area.Developing profitable sales to key clients for primary, secondary brands, and private labels.Contributing to medium and long-term objectives through organizational changes in proper channels.Analyzing market trends, distribution channels, and competitors.Contributing to pricing strategies and customer satisfaction goals within defined discretion limits (2-year plan, marketing programs, logistics).Communicating instructions and information effectively to sales teams, customer service, and management, and reporting regularly on performance.Requirements:Academic Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Energetic Engineering or Economics; other educational backgrounds considered if combined with relevant experience.At least 5 years experience in sales at a Tier-1 automotive aftermarket company, with market understanding.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional regional languages are a plus.Strong communication, negotiation skills, customer orientation, results-driven attitude, accountability, self-organization, and business acumen.Exide offers the opportunity to join a multinational company, an attractive salary package, company meals, hybrid work arrangements, and the possibility of remote work if living far from the company site.#J-18808-Ljbffr
