The Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the full operations of for this iconic restaurant.
You will be the driving force behind their commitment to excellence, leading a talented team and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless service and the highest standards of hospitality.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Maintain and elevate guest satisfaction, handling VIP clientele and special events with finesse.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, memorable dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times.
- Represent the restaurant groups brand values, both in-house and within the wider community.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in high-end, luxury dining environments.
- International experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on, energetic, and committed to excellence.
