In collaborationwith our R&D and innovation teams you seek for businessdevelopment in your respective segment of Engineering Materials,you make your customer portfolio grow and ensure theirsatisfaction, in a nutshell you contribute to company growthstrategy, and have the opportunity to increase our circularsolutions. Your responsibilities: - You define prospecting targetsand develop new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric& Electronics or Consumer& Industrial Goods) including :healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, watermanagement. - You manage key customers relationships, includingcontract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing,service), managing customer complaints and ensure customersatisfaction. - You define and deploy commercial plans andactivities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level ofaccuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, andservice level achievement for key customers. - You manage/supportinnovation, facilitate product launch and coordinate the newapplication developments at the targeted accounts How will you getthere : You own a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, havean international experience in sales. You speak fluently in Englishand Italian. You can demonstrate the below set of skills : - Strongclient-facing and communication skills - Business developmentskills - Excellent knowledge of sales management methods andtechniques - Working knowledge of customer service databases andtools - Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastic- Ability to think strategically and to lead - Advancedtroubleshooting and multi-tasking skills - Customer serviceorientation What we offer: We offer a unique role exploring newbusiness opportunities in a challenging market and contributing tocompany growth within a dynamic and bounded commercial team.
