Our integrated aspenONE solutions enable process manufacturers to implement best practices for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations, helping customers increase capacity, improve margins, reduce costs, and enhance energy efficiency.We are seeking an Advanced Process Control (APC) Solution Enablement Director (Global Practice Director), either internally or externally. The primary responsibility is to work closely with our Enterprise Solution Consultants (ESCs) and Regional Solution Consultants (SCs), providing solution and service execution plans, including large, integrated solutions involving APC. This role also involves collaboration with Professional Services, Product Management, and the Partner Group. The person will confirm the scope, deliverables, and timelines of all APC proposals and be accountable for their approval in Salesforce.This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional engineer to take on a high-visibility, global role supporting both internal teams and working closely with customers and deployment partners using our suite of modeling, advanced process control, and optimization technologies.Your ImpactPrimarily working with Aspen DMC3 and Batch APC software solutions.Building solution credibility by gathering data, documenting, and summarizing client requirements, and addressing business process issues that AspenTech solutions will solve.Assisting sales and services management in preparing and delivering complex bids and proposals.Supporting the growth of the APC business in GACV and Services Bookings.Supporting project teams and partners to ensure projects meet milestones, delivery dates, and financial goals.Maintaining and increasing client satisfaction and developing opportunities for additional APC solutions.Collaborating with Sales, Support, CSM, R+D, and Partners to ensure successful project delivery.Working with the Partner Group to assess DSP applicants and manage deployment resources for services projects via the WINS process.Participating in new product launches within the APC practice.Expected internal travel of approximately two trips per quarter.What You''ll NeedBachelors degree in engineering and/or extensive hands-on experience in chemical and/or refinery operations.15+ years of overall experience.Experience with Advanced Process Control (APC) is required.Quick learner with motivation to master new technologies.Team player with good customer relationship skills.Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to obtain a corporate AMEX and travel globally.LI-WJ1Solution Enablement Director APC Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
