Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns and manages 30 boutique luxury hotels in the Americas, each with high-volume restaurant operations in beautiful settings. We are seeking professional Chefs at all career stages to provide immediate support.

Assignments across our properties including SEATTLE, OREGON, SAN FRANCISCO, LOS ANGELES, SAN DIEGO, NAPA, FORT LAUDERDALE, MIAMI, JEKYLL ISLAND, CAPE COD & FLORIDA KEYS.
$1,500/WEEK + FREE HOUSING + FLIGHTS
Assignments range from 1 to 6 months.
THE JOB:
You will manage daily kitchen or banquet operations at the resort, including scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, ordering, hands-on cooking, and collaboration on bar specials. Reporting lines depend on resort size, typically to the Director of F&B or General Manager.

As a Task Force Chef, you can choose assignments that fit your schedule. Openings are available in Jekyll Island, Miami, Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, San Francisco, Napa, Seattle, and Cabo San Lucas (Mexico). Many positions are temp-to-hire, offering an annual salary, bonus, and benefits.
