Pressteck S.p.A., a leader in the mass production of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries, is looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Muravera (Sardegna)production site.
What Youll Do: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
- Organizing and conducting meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Reviewing contracts and supply agreements to extract and manage special requirements.
- Creating and updating PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Writing and maintaining operating instructions and procedures.
- Participating in production problem-solving initiatives.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
- Analysing production efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met using tools like Gantt charts and Microsoft Project.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and mediation abilities.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Gantt chart planning.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, root cause analysis).
