Je recrute pour mon client, groupe international encroissance, un Responsable Financier H/F dans le cadre d''un CDD de3 mois potentiellement renouvelable. Le poste est pourvoir ASAP.- Responsible for site level cash management, invoicing,transaction processing, tax, financial and management accounting aswell as the enforcement of financial controls for all the Groupcompanies at site. - Liaise closely with local auditors to ensureaudit evidence is complete. - Ensure that the financial accountsand internal reports are completed on time and are accurate,complete, and prepared in accordance with group accounting policiesand local GAAP. - Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunitiesfor continuous improvement and assist with the implementation ofnew initiatives, procedures and policies. - Ad hoc activities andactive support to commercial, operations and delivery teams at sitelevel and at Group - Improve the quality of the managementreporting and facilitate real business insight. - Production,analysis, and investigation of the monthly and quarterly managementaccounts. - Production, analysis and investigation of annual budgetand monthly re-forecasts. - Ensure power recovery is in line withbusiness KPIs and perform close review of the billing process. -Ensure business rates recovery and rebates are in line withbusiness KPIs and perform close review of the billing process. -Perform deferred revenue and straight-lining controls in Yardi. -Monitor accruals and prepayments. - Prepare statutory accounts andcorporation tax schedules. - Assist with identifying KPIs,implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the results. - - KeyRequirements: - Lead, manage, motivate, and coach direct reports todeliver outstanding financial performance. - Act as an ambassadorfor the company in the delivery of the role. - Set and ensure highstandards of work at all times, responding to job tasks withurgency and ensuring things happen in a consistent, organised way.- Demonstrate openness and trust and command respect, and value theopinions of others. - Remain calm in challenging situations andpersist in the face of obstacles. - Proactively collaborate withpeers and colleagues. - Act as a business partner to bridge the gapbetween finance and the business to deliver real commercialinsight. - Engage with the business to facilitate an accuratebudget forecast where risks are sufficiently assessed, managed, andfinanced or escalated where necessary. - - Essentials: - Experienceof managing, building, and motivating a team. - Fully conversantwith local GAAP - Competent with Microsoft suite, particularlyExcel.
