Located in the heart of Tuscany, the Borgo SantoPietro estate, also characterized by its from the farm to theplate philosophy, is a five-star Resort set on approximately 120hectares of cultivated land and gardens. The estate includesgardens, vegetable gardens and medicinal plants, where our staffwork every day to produce fruits, vegetables and aromatic andmedicinal herbs according to the principles of organic cultivation.Plant products are used primarily in the kitchens of our threerestaurants. Officinal products, on the other hand, are used in ourstate-of-the-art lab in the preparation of a cosmetic line ofskincare and body care products, Seed to Skin Tuscany by BorgoSanto Pietro. Within the estate there are also vineyards, a farmwith farmyard animals, cattle, pigs and sheep, and an artisanaldairy and a cooking school, that ornate the twenty-two rooms andthe spa of the luxury hotel. We are seeking a highly experiencedprofessional and customer-focused General Manager to oversee ourluxury hospitality property. The individual is a seasonedprofessional with a strong background in managing high-endestablishments and a passion for delivering exceptional guestexperiences. The General Manager will be responsible for allaspects of the hotel''s operation, ensuring profitability,maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive workenvironment. The General Manager will report directly to theOwners. Main responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Planning: -Develop and implement strategic plans for all operational areas,aligning with the company''s goals and vision. - Establish andmonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress andmake data-driven decisions. Operational Management: - Overseeday-to-day operations of all departments, including front office,food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. - Ensureadherence to established policies and procedures, maintaining highstandards of service and quality. - Manage budgets, controlexpenses, and maximize revenue to achieve financial targets. GuestExperience and Satisfaction: - Create a culture of exceptionalguest service, ensuring all team members are committed to exceedingexpectations. - Address guest complaints and concerns promptly andeffectively, resolving issues to their satisfaction. - Implementstrategies to enhance guest loyalty and encourage repeat business.Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, train, and mentorstaff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. -Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback toteam members. - Promote a culture of continuous learning anddevelopment within the organization. Financial Management: -Develop and manage budget, forecasts, and financial reports. -Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions asneeded. - Identify opportunities to improve profitability andreduce costs. Compliance and Safety: - Ensure compliance with alllocal and state regulations. - Maintain a safe and secureenvironment for guests and employees. - Implement and enforcesafety procedures and protocols. Candidate profile: - Extensiveexperience in luxury hospitality management is required. - Proventrack record of achieving financial targets and operationalexcellence. - Excellent knowledge of hotel operations. - Englishand Italian languages must be fluent. - Strong leadership andcommunication skills. - A passion for delivering exceptional guestexperiences.
