A family-owned company, world leader in bio-technologies, is looking for a Logistic Assistant for
a six-month period.
During a major transformation project, this Brussels-based company needs
support to improve its logistics processes and stock management. Are you solution-oriented,

The Logistic Assistant will be responsible for:
* Support monitoring and coordination with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely
and accurate delivery of goods.
* Track and report on the performance of logistics providers, identifying areas for
improvement.
* Assist in managing the local stock of spare parts.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
* Support the supply chain and service teams in daily operations (equipment shipment,
returns).
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer
satisfaction.
* Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues that may arise.
Profile of ideal Logistic Assistant:
* You have a Bachelor or Master in business, supply chain or logistics, or equivalent via
past experience
* You have strong organisational and time management skills.
* You are solution-minded, analytical and meticulous
* You have problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* You have a good level of proficiency in ERP (SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* English proficiency is compulsory; knowledge of Dutch and/or French will be considered
a plus.
