Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Sales Associate located in Madrid. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store''s visual appearance, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience managing customer expectations. Previous luxury sales experience in a retail environment (luxury watches very beneficial) Knowledge of luxury brands, products and lifestyle Ability to work with various BTQ on line systems - stock take / invoicing / reporting Fluency in multiple languages (preferably English and Spanish) Strong organizational and time-management skills A passion for watches / horology is a plus Immaculate presentation is essential
