About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support one of our most prestigious global clients in executing a transformative enterprise-wide initiative that has captured the attention of their C-suite and board. This high-visibility program will fundamentally reshape how they operate across markets.

As the PMO for this critical transformation, you will be at the heart of a complex, multi-workstream program with significant implications for the client''s engagement model and go-to-market strategy. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful change that will reshape the organization''s capabilities and market approach.

The scope of this transformation spans multiple geographies, business units, and functional areas, requiring a PMO who can navigate complexity while maintaining clarity and momentum. Your ability to create structure from ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution will be instrumental to the program''s success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Status and Tracking: Maintain comprehensive oversight of technical projects through bi-weekly reporting. Organize and lead planning sessions, prepare agendas, identify program interdependencies, capture actions, and create detailed minutes. Act as a controlling office by revising actions, following up on progress, and escalating delays or issues when necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Lead steering committee management, including organization, planning, agenda preparation, and content coordination with contributors. Prepare program updates for leadership teams, conventions, and team meetings. Facilitate market/Community meetings by organizing planning sessions and coordinating content preparation with contributors.

Process Capture, Definition, Standardization, and Documentation: Establish and maintain frameworks and engagement methodologies, including program explanations, market onboarding frameworks, and global-local engagement models. Update and maintain global program standards related to case for change and governance. Develop process improvements and best practices, creating case studies and ensuring adherence to governance including effective issue resolution and escalation.

Team Leadership and Direction: Drive continuous alignment of business cases by developing and updating global program standards. Manage business case updates and reviews with Zone, markets, and Finance. Lead program roadmap planning, capital expenditure tracking, and review following any deviations to program or requirements.

KPI Definition, Capture, and Sharing: Set up KPI frameworks and align tracking processes with Subject Matter Experts and markets. Regularly track KPIs, build insights from the data, and share with the Steering Committee. Drive program value realization and create program success cases with regular updates tracking ambition to actual value realization.
