To support the growth of its EMEA operations, the company is seeking a junior-level professional to join its Business Development team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with the existing global client base, which includes major organizations across various industries.
Job Overview
The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in maximizing value from business relationships. This position is integral to the BD team, with responsibilities including research and prospecting, contributing to business generation, client relations, and network activation.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and supportive attitude, enjoying teamwork while also taking initiative in independent tasks. As part of the EMEA team (170 people), the candidate will interact with colleagues across 27 global studios. The candidate should be eager to explore new approaches, adapt quickly, and learn from previous experiences. A passion for networking and attending Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, and Design events is a plus.
The candidate will receive training and onboarding from a mentor, who will provide tools and best practices. However, creativity and leadership will be essential in developing evolving strategic materials.
