With ambitious global growth plans they are looking to hire their first Head of FPA who can lead scalable, data focused, commercial FPA support.Reporting to the Fractional CFO, you will take ownership of FPA and strategic financial planning. You will be focused on modelling, reporting, budgeting, fundraising and supporting the senior leadership team with commercial insight as the business scales. Through your understanding of numbers, data, and business drivers, you will provide actionable insights and partner with the senior leadership team on commercial decisions. The Head office is based in Marbella and they are in the office 5 days a week.What experiences you will gainBuilding and maintaining the financial model for the business, ensuring robustness and adaptabilityBusiness partnering with the Senior management team across the UK and Spain and producing financial and commercial reports to guide strategic decision makingDeveloping and tracking revenue targets and leading the budgeting and forecastingSupporting the senior management team with investment decisions and creating funding scenario-based models, assessing impact on valuation and capital structureCreating high quality investment materials including pitch decksUtilising data to build out useful dashboards and providing ad-hoc analysis when neededWhat background should you have before you press apply!Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Experience within a high growth, scale up within Technology (hardware and software) or Investment banking or Corporate financeStrong Excel and Financial Modelling skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence
