We''re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who will be a key player on our store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence and profitability. This role serves as a key backup to the Store Manager and supports day-to-day operations while leading and coaching teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be passionate about our performance driven brand
• >2 year of management experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in local language and / or English
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Purpose of Role
