Role Overview As Sustainability OperationsCoordinator, you will steer the day-to-day delivery and long-termevolution of GEODIS Freight Forwardings sustainability services.From global emissions reporting and sustainable-fuel certificationto supporting bids, you will safeguard operational excellence,accuracy and credibility while driving continuous improvement andinnovation. Key Responsibilities The position is structured around3 dimensions: reporting and improvement processes, customer andBusiness Development team support and internal communication.Global emissions reporting - Own the monthly emissions reportingcycle for Freight Forwarding. - Ensure data quality, timeliness andcompliance with GEODIS standards. Sustainable Fuel (SAF/SMF)operations - Lead the monthly reporting of Sustainable AviationFuel and Sustainable Marine Fuel sales worldwide. - Driveend-to-end certification in partnership with airlines, carriers andcertifying bodies. - Coordinate approvals, documentation andpayment tracking for ad-hoc SAF/SMF purchases. - Serve asfirst-line support for commercial teams on data quality,certification and reporting queries. - Continually enhance SAF/SMFworkflows and tools to maximise integrity, reliability andscalability. Service & reporting development Lead or contributeto cross-functional projects that improve sustainability tools,methodologies and user experienceworking with BusinessIntelligence, Operations and Finance. Tender & customer supportProvide accurate emissions calculations and sustainability contentfor tenders, RFQs and customer requests Training & engagementDeliver internal trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions; presentto customers. Communications & knowledge management - Craftclear, engaging presentation decks, release notes and internalinformation. - Maintain sustainability resources on MyGEODIS, thecustomer platform and manage the teams SharePoint site Continuousimprovement Monitor best practice, regulatory changes and customerfeedback; propose improvements that keep our sustainability offerahead of the curve. Education Masters in Environmental Science,Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics,Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience). Experience 35years in logistics, supply-chain or sustainability operations withstrong focus on data-driven reporting and process management.Skills & Competencies - Data & Analytics: Fluent ingathering, cleansing and analysing operational data (Excel, BItools) - Accounting & Financial Control: Able to reconcileinvoices, track accruals, match certificates to payments. -Customer & Stakeholder Service: Confident answering technicaland non-technical questions. - Freight Forwarding Expertise:Working knowledge of global freight forwarding operations and keyindustry systems. - Continuous-Improvement Mindset: Uses metrics,feedback and root-cause analysis to drive serviceenhancements.
