Corporate Secretary - Real Estate Investor - Luxembourg Our client is a very well known and highly respected real estate investor with a well established office in Luxembourg that supports the wider European office network in the corporate governance of their European portfolio of assets. The business has an urgent need to recruit a corporate secretary with the following responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients with all aspects of the corporate administration of domiciled companies; Assist in convening board and shareholders'' meetings; Prepare the minutes for the regular and standard board and shareholders'' meetings; Liaise with local notaries and local authorities for legalisations / notarisations / apostilles as required; Assist with execution of legal documentation Assist with drafting of legal documentation for the approval of FS; Assist the process for establishing new legal entities and liquidate / merge existing ones; Co-ordinate the documentation process for establishing new legal entities and liquidating existing ones, as appropriate; Assist in keeping the corporate files of the group entities up-to-date; Assist with filing of all requisite filings with the Luxembourg Business Register as well as any other legal publications; Backup for Admin Team; Skills, Knowledge and Experience You successfully passed an academic degree in law, finance or economics; You have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position; You are fluent in English.
