We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and drive the evolution of our digital capabilities. This role requires close collaboration between business and technology teams to enhance our digital ecosystem and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities Gather, challenge, and consolidate the needs and pain points of internal and external stakeholders Develop deep expertise on the subject to support decision-making Collaborate with experts, UX researchers, and Product Owners to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture Standardize and consolidate stakeholder needs while considering technical and process constraints Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features and assist Product Owners in backlog prioritization and refinement Work closely with development teams to ensure they have all necessary information for Feature refinement Support business and user testing, including organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable Assist Change Managers and Go-To-Market Managers in preparing and executing change and rollout activities Monitor the success of delivered solutions using KPIs and propose improvements for backlog integration Profile and skills Master or Bachelors degree Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodologies is required Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Strong experience in business analysis methodologies Experience in financial services (banking) with a focus on digital customer journeys Good understanding of workflow processes, business architecture, and IT testing Why Join Us?
