David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Sales Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Krakw/ Warsaw.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates
- Proactively identify candidates through job boards and social networks
- Create and maintain a talent pool for key roles and languages
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Oversee and manage internal employee referrals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales relatedtalent sourcing role
- Proven expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and social recruiting
- Native/fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Polish or any other major European language will be considered as an advantage
- Familiarity with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working in a multinational environment, particularly within the BPO sector, is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
