Within the Procurement Department,the Project Coordinator lead a team of procurement resources forcomplex projects, ensuring targets for cost, time, and quality aremet. Main Responsibilities: - Proposal Support: Develop CommercialOffers, sourcing matrix, and preliminary supply chain strategy;Assist in cost analysis and preparation of the Project ProcurementPlan (PPP). - Post-Contract Award: Define the Procurement Team;Finalize sourcing matrix and supply chain strategy;Prepare/finalize PPP and procedures. - Vendor Coordination:Verify/finalize Project Vendor List; Coordinate procurementactivities from requisition to delivery; Ensure use of Supply ChainTools. - Resource Management: Manage resources according toschedule and budget; Prepare Alert Cards for procurement issues. -Vendor Assistance: Activate Vendor assistance at Site; Interfacewith Site for procurement support. - Operational Coordination:Ensure coordination among operational centers, includinginternational offices and partners. - Issue Escalation: Escalatecritical issues to Top Management; Issue regular procurementreports. - Contract Management: Manage Bonds and Passive Contractswith Suppliers; Support administrative issues related to contracts.- Team Management: Ensure team operates in line with jobdescriptions; Support professional growth and close-out activities.- Compliance: Stay updated with Company Standards; Ensurecompliance and continuous improvement. Required Skills: -Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 5-7years in procurement, preferably in EPC environment; Experience inmanaging large-scale, complex projects. - Technical: Knowledge ofprocurement processes, supply chain management, and software/tools.- Project Management: Coordinate multiple activities, align withschedules and budgets. - Leadership: Motivate and manage a team,allocate resources effectively. - Analytical: Assess needs,evaluate performance, identify cost-saving opportunities. -Communication: Interact with teams, vendors, and clients; presentreports and strategies. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships,negotiate terms, ensure compliance. - Detail-Oriented: Ensureaccuracy in documentation and reporting. - Adaptability: Handlechanging requirements, work under pressure, manage deadlines. -Attributes: Ethical standards and integrity; Proactive andresults-oriented; Collaborative and team-oriented; Commitment tocontinuous learning and development
