TBusiness Developer (Italy) TI Total Compensation:35,000 to 40,000 per year As part of our international expansion,the DELABIE Group is seeking a Business Developer to help launchour new Italian subsidiary, starting in September 2025. Role andResponsibilities The role will be carried out in two phases: -France (Friville-Escarbotin) - A one-year integration period withinour Marketing Department at the companys headquarters in Picardy.During this time, youll develop your technical knowledge andcontribute to the creation of marketing materials in Italian. -Guided by the Area Manager, business visits to Italy will bescheduled to establish initial market contact. - Italy (MilanRegion) After the integration period, the employee will take on thepermanent role of Business Developer, based in the Milan area: -Identify and develop a network of specifiers. - Sell technicalsolutions to key decision-makers in public and commercial buildingprojects (ERP), including architects, engineering firms, healthcareinstitutions, maintenance services, and installers. - Manage majorconstruction projects, following them through all stages fromdesign to completion. Team Interaction Youll receive comprehensivetraining from the start and throughout your career, helping youdevelop strong expertise in your field. Youll be part of a dynamicand supportive team, working closely with the Area Manager forItaly and the Marketing Department. Profile - Degree ininternational business, with a flair for marketing, technicalawareness, and a taste for challenges. - Proficiency in spoken andwritten Italian (native level), as well as English and/or French. -Strong client orientation, autonomy, active listening, curiosity,and ambition to build a solid foundation. - This role will allowyou to grow your talents and rise to greater responsibility. -Excellent negotiation, organizational, and adaptability skills arealso essential.
