Were looking for a Creative Event Producer to join our launch team and bring world-class side events to life, from ideation to lights-on. &##128313; Your Role Before the signature: Co-create creative concepts with BD Propose ideas, formats, visuals, and moodboards Source the best venues, provides and partners Support pitch and proposal development After the deal is signed: Lead end-to-end event production: timelines, suppliers, budgets Source and negotiate with venues, AV, catering, dcor, etc. Coordinate teams (tech, artists, hosts, etc.) Ensure every experience is immersive, on-brand, and smooth Travel and operate globally when needed &##128313; You Bring ~3+ years in event production, brand activations, or experiential marketing ~ Visual eye + logistical brain ~ Tools: PowerPoint / Canva / Notion (Figma / SketchUp = plus)~ International mindset + fluent English ~ Agility, initiative, and a high standard of excellence Why Join Us?
