Service Delivery Manager (SDM) German Speaking PROJECT INFORMATION: Client: Nearshoring service provider from Germany Work model: Remote / Hybrid Location: Poland Project language: German Assignment type: B2B Responsibilities: Act as the Bridgehead for service delivery, ensuring quality, timely reporting, and continuous improvement. Oversee and manage service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and high performance. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and support. Monitor and improve service operations, focusing on delivery optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Coordinate between development and operational teams to maintain seamless workflows. Requirements: Proven experience in service delivery management with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in the German language. Familiarity with Java projects and Eclipse is a plus but not mandatory. Nice to Haves: Experience with IT service management frameworks.
