What Youll Do: Design and build high-performance, mission-critical software used in real-time trading operations. Contribute to the development of our cutting-edge low-latency infrastructure, integrating both software and hardware. Help scale our trading platform globally by applying your technical expertise and market insight. What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in an object-oriented language (Java or C++ preferred). Degree in Computer Science or related field with strong academic results. Proven ability in building complex, high-throughput systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Bonus Points For Experience In: Advanced object-oriented design and architectural patterns. Performance tuning and low-latency optimization. Linux systems and internals. Containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Designing large-scale systems. Financial market infrastructure or trading systems. CI/CD pipelines and modern dev environments. Working independently and picking up new skills on the fly.
