We are seeking a PV Manager in Italy to lead projects.Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance systemConduct local literature searchesManage local ICSRsMaintain the local PSMFEstablish local organized data collectionManage local PVA activitiesAdapt and submit PSURs/RMPs locallyImplement additional risk minimization measuresReview materials related to local post-authorization safetyParticipate in PV audits and inspectionsAttend regular project meetingsProvide monthly PV reports on the local PV system statusEnsure PV training for affiliate employees, service providers, and third partiesCollaborate closely with the global PV system and related departmentsReview and maintain pharmacovigilance procedures in line with client requirementsCoordinate with the Deputy and provide updates on PV activitiesAssume responsibilities during planned or unplanned absences of the DeputyTake on additional project management tasks as needed, aligning with qualifications and trainingEducational RequirementsUniversity degree in Life Sciences is desirable but not essentialSeveral years of experience and profound knowledge in pharmacovigilanceExpertise in relevant legislative and non-legislative guidelinesSkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesProven leadership, mentoring, and management skillsAbility to train and support junior colleagues and lead small projectsStrong operational relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsWhat Cencora OffersBenefits vary by country and are aligned with local practices.
