Working at Hotel Danieli means being partof a dynamic team that values mutual respect and collaboration.About the role Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items inaccordance with production requirements and quality standards whilemaintaining a safe, sanitary work environment What you will do -According to Guest orders prepare food items of consistent qualityfollowing recipe cards, as well as production, portion, andpresentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up stationfor breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service. - Assist in prep workof vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift. -Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure tonot prepare beyond estimated needs. - Operate, maintain andproperly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler,stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table,tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill What you bring - Highschool education, cooking school or culinary institute education orequivalent experience. - Ability to operate, maintain and properlyclean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer,slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat topgrill. Proficient knife skills and ability to multitask. - Workknowledge is generally learned on the job.
