A Snapshot of Your DayIn your role, you are responsible for understanding customers needs and drawing up proposals based on the current and future factory portfolio, aimed at creating a competitive advantage for the company. You will work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, colleagues at the headquarters, external suppliers, and customers. Siemens Energy promotes a speak-up culture and encourages close cooperation with various partners.How Youll Make An ImpactConduct market analysis and segmentation, identifying strategic opportunities aligned with the companys vision.Define the annual sales strategy in collaboration with the regional sales organization and proactively scout for business opportunities.Prepare technical-commercial offers, including cost calculations and full proposal documentation based on customer needs and factory portfolio.Manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and project managers.Lead customer negotiations and be responsible for contract finalization, order intake, and profitability within your assigned region.Ensure accurate data management in the CRM system and contribute to sales performance analytics and forecasting.What You Bring1-2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within a B2B or multi-line business environment.Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a strategic and consultative sales approach.Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various organizational levels.Customer-focused with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and reaching sales goals.Availability to travel and meet customers/colleagues in different countries (10% of total working time).Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.About The TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
