Castelfalfi offers a luxury hospitality experience for those seeking relaxation and connection with nature, complemented by outdoor activities.We are seeking an outstanding and highly skilled Low Voltage Project Manager to join our passionate team, which is central to creating memorable experiences for our guests.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with development and operations teams to develop low voltage infrastructure plans.Review design stages for low voltage projects to ensure alignment with budgetary and strategic goals.Make effective decisions amid changing project requirements, overseeing change management during design and construction phases.Develop and maintain vendor and integrator relationships to ensure accurate delivery and installation according to specifications.Perform quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure standards, schedules, and budgets are met.Requirements4+ years of experience managing low voltage (technology) construction projects.Experience with construction QA/QC and supervising third-party contractors and integrators.Knowledge of structured cabling, AV, CCTV, and access control systems.Experience managing large-scale projects worth millions of dollars.Familiarity with standards such as BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC.Proven ability to manage contractual revisions and changes.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.BenefitsFull-time contract under Italian collective bargaining agreement.Meals, uniforms, and laundry services.Ongoing training and development.Discounts on resort activities and services.Accommodation with Wi-Fi may be provided upon request.This position is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.
