The role supports initiatives to enhance Aptars customer-centricity and growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director.Responsibilities:Develop the internal commercial mindsetOptimize the customer experienceDevelop, maintain, and standardize reports and insight tools (e.g., C4C, pipeline projection, dashboards)Manage customer database, including requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure CRM and pipeline best practices adherenceCollaborate with IS teams to improve internal systemsConduct contract management activitiesSupport sales training frameworks and provide system support to commercial teamsEducation:Bachelors degree in Business or related fieldRequired Skills:3-5 years experience in sales analysis, CRM expertiseExperience in sales, marketing, or pricing beneficialProven success in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programsLeadership and team collaboration skillsAbility to analyze large datasets from diverse sourcesAdditional Skills:Strong reporting and analytical skillsMulticultural project experienceExcel, PowerPoint mastery; ERP and BI software (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)Fluency in English; other languages a plusExcellent communication skillsCustomer orientation and strategic thinkingAbout Us:Aptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
