Chief Information Security Officer (M/W)
About us : We are an international industrial group made up of 6 business lines, present in 50 countries with 250 sites including several research laboratories and industrial sites. Our challenge is to continually improve our level of IT security to protect our assets and guarantee the continuity and resilience of our operations.
Main Goal
As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and member of the IT Management Committee, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our Group''s IT security strategy. You will work closely with the various business lines and IT teams to develop and execute an IT security roadmap based on six pillars: governance, asset management, protection, detection, response, and recovery.
Job Description
- Define and implement the IT security strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain an IT security roadmap covering governance, asset management, protection, detection, response, and recovery.
- Supervise and coordinate security initiatives across business lines and subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
- Manage security incidents and coordinate responses.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits regularly.
- Raise awareness and train employees in security best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to embed security measures into projects and daily operations.
- Monitor technological developments and emerging threats to adapt security strategies.
- Apply project management and risk management skills effectively.
