Interested in contributing to real estate projects from the ground up? As a Real Estate Development Manager, youll support the full lifecycle of real estate assets from evaluation, acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets between currently two locations in Italy between Emilia Romagna and Piedmont, as well as future ones. This role will work closely with the investment, finance, and development teams to provide financial modeling, market research, and strategic insights that drive key real estate decisions.What you will do:Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projectsPrepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with third party vendors market research performance and analysis, including tracking real estate trends, demographic data, and economic indicatorsAssist in underwriting deals by analyzing cash flows, returns (IRR, ROI, NPV), and risk assessmentsCoordinate with third-party vendors (brokers, appraisers, consultants) for data gathering and due diligenceMaintain and update real estate databases, comparables, and pipeline trackingSupport asset management teams by monitoring portfolio performance, lease data, and capital expenditureParticipate in site visits, due diligence efforts, and transaction closings as neededCoordinate construction phase: consultant scouting, tender phase management, construction site monitoring and managementWho are we looking for:Bachelors degree or study background in Real Estate, Architectural, Building Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment, or construction project managementFlexibility and availability for weekly trips between (currently) two locations in Italy: Emilia Romagna and PiedmontFlexibility and availability for weekly trips in Italy based on business needs and/or location of new investmentsGood knowledge of construction, regulation, urban planning, and market analysisPM, PMI masterStrong financial modeling skills in Excel; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Yardi, or similar real estate toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracyExposure to specific real estate segment, e.g., multifamily, industrial, commercial, hospitalityUnderstanding of real estate valuation methods and market dynamicsFamiliarity with GIS tools or mapping software is a plusMedium-high level fluency with EnglishMedium-high ability to use software as AutoCAD, Excel, Project/Primavera, PowerPoint, InDesign, photoshopAbout Our GroupKrause Group Italy is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
