We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead Software Tester. The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton.Your Role: Hold responsibility for the personnel & technical management of a Software Testing specialist group containing around 7 experts. Define, implement & continuously improve software testing processes. Recruit, onboard & develop employees. Ensure & maintain quality assurance in software testing. Efficiently provision infrastructure & software testing tools. Plan & provision qualified personnel resources in an agile setup. Ensuring the flow of information & communication & the interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge. Providing guidance in the creation of technical documents during verification processes. Actively coach the members of the team.Your Skills: At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing including some experience in Managing a Software Testing team. Any experience in the Medical Technology sector & IEC 62304 standards is considered advantageous.Your Profile: Completed University Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or similar. Ideally further trained in Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB Certified Software Tester).
