Position overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent who aspires to grow even more professionally within one of the most distinguished real estate brands in the world. Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Marbella high-end property market.
- Proven extensiveexperience in the real estate sector, especially in Marbella and the Costa del Sol area.
- Capacity to build lasting relationships with discerning clients
- Advanced English proficiency. Spanish is required, and other languages are a valuable asset.
- Adaptability to new technologies and working methods.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM system
