We believe in that. If you do too, come along!Job DescriptionWere seeking a Lead Generation Expert to join our New Ventures team as a Special Projects Manager. The team explores new healthcare areas for DocPlanner and develops new products and businesses. We benefit from being part of an established company while operating like an independent startup.You will be responsible for:Leading initiatives to boost our GTM strategy and execution, collaborating on cross-functional projects with local and global teams.Enhancing our Lead Generation activities in close partnership with marketing, sales excellence, sales teams, and local leadership.Building and developing analytics and insights to inform data-driven decisions.Setting and monitoring KPIs for the sales funnel, developing relevant reporting and processes.Supporting local Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams in strategic and ad-hoc projects.Closing the feedback loop between local teams, the global Product team, and leadership.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in Lead Generation within a fast-paced B2B environment; SaaS experience is a plus.Deep understanding of sales funnels, customer pain points, GTM strategy testing, and market experiments.Experience in strategy consulting or project management; entrepreneurial experience, such as founding or co-founding a business, is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, especially in working within a matrix structure in an international setting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.Hands-on mentality with adaptability to a fast-paced environment; capable of switching between strategic thinking and operational tasks.Proficiency in English and Italian; additional European languages (German, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous.Additional InformationYou will receive:Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.Paid days off, including extra holidays on your birthday and work anniversary.Share options plan after six months.Relocation package (if applicable).Free English classes.Flexible working hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
