You will work alongside our talented team of motivated individuals in Spain, Netherlands and India to deliver a variety of projects to support and enhance our internal production systems.Core Objectives- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle (full stack)- Assist in reviewing business requirements and the creation of system design- Provide estimates of duration and effort required to complete development tasks from (high-level) requirements- Ensure clear and early communication, in particular ensuring management is kept informed of progress, issues and difficulties- Create and maintain technical documentation- Assist quality assurance team in the creation and execution of test plans- Participate in the adoption of new development techniques and best practice to improve process and product quality- Ensure that company best practices are followed to create an elegant and maintainable solution- Share expertise across the team in order to enhance team effectivenessRequirements- Bachelor or masters degree in computer science/engineering- At least 5 years of experience as a professional software developer- Strong communication and influential skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.- Full stack .NET developer; solid working knowledgeof C# and the Microsoft .NET framework- Experience with web development and REST APIs is a pre- Experience with object-oriented design, design patterns and best practices- Proficiency with databases and SQL querying language- Familiar with Agile methodologies and process frameworks (e.G. Scrum)Intercompany Skills- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment- Excellent team player- Flexibility to reach beyond your field of expertise- Keep up to date on new technologies and tools by doing online self-paced training
