Lead Senior Authorised Person required for a majorOffshore Wind Farm Developer based in France. Responsibilities -Develops and updates when necessary Electrical Safety Rules andElectrical Safe operating procedures in accordance with NFC 18- 510and local regulations. Is responsible for the overall applicationof the Electrical safety of works or installations. - Ensurescompliance of all projects working parties with Electrical safetyinstructions. - Prepare and comment Electrical Safety relateddocumentation. - Review and comment Contractor''s Electrical SafetyManagement Plans, Working procedures, Risk Assessments, MethodStatements, Operating Manuals and other Contractor''s documentation.- Establishes an organization to guarantee of Electrical Safety onSite, Safe and optimized LV/MV/HV Network Operation. - Develop andimplement Permit System which comply with project Electrical SafetyRules. - Manages access and work authorizations in terms ofElectrical Safety. - Prepares or validates work in terms ofElectrical Safety. - Monitors and controls the proper functioningof LV/MV/HV equipment and installations. - Knows the limits ofLV/MV/HV operation as well as the ongoing operations. - Updateproject Single Line Diagrams. - Notifies the employer of anyanomalies observed. - Within the framework of his/her delegation,he/she is the sole responsible for the electrical works orinstallations and the Electrical safety of the project. - Overseecommissioning of LV/MV/HV systems to manage Safe Network Operationand Safety of Personnel. - Manage Electrical Safety interfacesamong various Contractors and Grid Supplier until Hand-over toO&M. - Align with O&M on Network Operation requirements andensure smooth Network operation hand-over. - Capture and shareLessons Learned with O&M. Requirements - Appropriate electricalqualification and background related to the authorization scope. -Experience as a Lead SAP or strong experience as a ControlEngineer. - Experience and knowledge with EU and French standards& regulations in terms of Electrical Safety and ElectricalSystem operations. - Strong experience in MV/HV Network Operation,Control and Protection Experience in Wind Farm Commissioning oroperations. - Provision of Charg d''exploitation - Lead SAP -GEN-V01_EEM-DVI0010 rev A 8/8. - Complete and up to date GWO(climbing gear person weight limit - 120kg/264lb). - EU workingrights.
