Responsibilities include producing high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines, following standard operating procedures, supporting resource deployment, and maintaining an efficient statistical programming department.Key ResponsibilitiesLead statistical programming activities on clinical projects, including complex projects.Support identification of scope changes and potential risks to contractual delivery.Act as support statistical programmer on clinical projects.Specify, program, and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets.Specify, program, and validate statistical analysis results, including datasets, tables, listings, and figures.Produce and review CDISC documentation.Create and validate randomization lists.Ensure compliance with SOPs.Report deviations, KPIs, customer complaints, and manage CAPAs.Supervise tasks carried out by statistical programmers.Guide and mentor team members on procedures and standards.Prepare and conduct training on statistical programming techniques.Identify and develop new techniques, tools, and solutions.Identify areas for process improvement.Lead initiatives to improve department processes.Communicate effectively with project teams.Report issues to Project Manager/Associate Director.Support quality assurance during audits.Support maintenance of the statistical programming department.Perform other related activities as required.Desired Qualifications & ExperienceBSc/MSc or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.At least 5 years of experience in statistical programming.Excellent SAS programming skills.Knowledge of R is a plus.Good understanding of principles and techniques for clinical research.Technical Competencies & Soft SkillsGood English communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Results-oriented and quality-focused.Confident team leader.Effective prioritization skills.Trustworthy team player.Willingness to learn.Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Innovative thinking.LanguagesEnglishEducationBSc in Computer and Information Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.Contract TypeRegular#J-18808-Ljbffr
