What Youll Do As a Graduate Operations Management Trainee , youll work closely with multiple teams, including Customer Service, Risk & Fraud, Payments, and Product Teams. Your role will be essential in improving key operational processes while building a strong understanding of business and technology. Some of your responsibilities will include: Payment Process & Platform Support Analyse customer payment behaviours, support in optimizing payment processes, and collaborate with tech teams to improve platform performance. Regulatory & Compliance Assistance Assist in tracking regulatory requirements and support compliance-related tasks with the Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC). Risk & Fraud Prevention Help identify fraud patterns, review suspicious transactions, and work on automation solutions for fraud prevention. Escalation & Issue Management Support in streamlining escalation processes for Customer Service teams and improving workflow efficiency. Technical & Product Collaboration Work alongside Product and Tech teams to understand system processes and contribute to platform enhancements. Reporting & Analysis Generate and analyse reports on risk, fraud trends, and customer behaviour to drive operational improvements. What Were Looking For Recent graduate with a Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset. Passion for operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance. Excellent communication skills youll translate business needs into technical solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus!). Tech-savvy familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bonus Points If You Have: Basic knowledge of SQL, API integrations, or automation tools. Internship experience in operations, customer service, or risk management.
