For the position of Work Planner in the Antwerp region, you are responsible for the optimal preparation of work.
This work is linked to the roll-out of fibre-optic projects.
You are responsible for the operational planning and follow-up in support of the Site Supervisor and the partners at the various sites.
Specifically:
- You assume a coordinating role in the start-up of new sites.
- You ensure that the internal stakeholders are well informed about the goals and expectations.
- Once the works have started, you participate in the operational work meetings and coordinate with the internal shared services (design and permit department) to ensure smooth operational progress.
- You maintain inventory and anticipate materials needed.
- If necessary, you do the ordering of materials.
- You prepare the documentation timely and properly and maintain completeness throughout the execution of the project such as, for example, bills of quantities, required material, as built, etc.
- You are responsible for monitoring the operational planning and the associated administrative responsibilities.
- You will calculate, check and support the works carried out and oversee technical assurance.
- You do a weekly reporting of the progress of the execution of the sites.

- You have good communication skills and can easily get in touch with different departments and colleagues.
- You are stress-resistant and able to change quickly when challenges or changes arise.

- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- You like to keep the technical documentation of specific projects up to date.
- You have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
