Our focus is on technology and the pursuit of beauty as our core philosophy.For our Customer Service Department, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support international client relationship activities. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.Responsibilities:Receive orders from clients and manage information using SAP and internal systems.Gather order status information to update clients on their order progress (order portfolio).Handle complaints and product returns, participate in action plans coordinated by the Quality department, and manage client feedback in collaboration with the Sales Force.Ensure the dispatch of Make-UP samples for client approval, with follow-up.Manage outbound logistics and transportation arrangements.Oversee packaging deadlines for subcontracted processes.Maintain communication with clients regarding issues during production and post-sale, coordinating with internal services.Verify price updates with the Key Account.Periodically review and adjust price lists based on Fill Fee and updates.Monitor and update the Rolling Budget daily.Share forecast information with relevant planners.Support the Financial department by providing information for credit recovery activities.Qualifications:Degree in Languages, Communication, Economics, or related humanistic disciplines.Proficiency in common IT tools; SAP experience is preferred.Fluent in English.Previous experience in customer service.Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, resilience, organization, and teamwork.Work location: Via G.
