For more complex problems,our developers will be on hand to help. - Comunication: You willwork with customer support in English and warehouse staff in ourItalian warehouse. - Admin Support: You will be responsible formanaging and administering various systems and accounts, assigningaccess and setting permissions. - Process improvement. - Learn andgrow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn.What skills and experience should you have? - Some basic ITsupport or warehouse systems experience is a good start - and ifyou don''t, you''ll learn quickly! - You''re not afraid to solveproblems under pressure and enjoy finding out what went wrong (andhow to fix it). - A good command of English - you''ll need it towork with internal systems and communicate with colleagues. - Youcan explain things in simple terms.
