What the roles involves: - Develop globalstrategy and implement site tactics carried out in conjunction withbranch personnel in in each geographical region to drive top linerevenue and increase gross profit margin. - Develop a deepunderstanding of customer needs and challenges and help informulating strategies with-in regions and branches to positionFuture for growth. Develop relationships with the customers SeniorManagement through regular visits to their corporate and fieldsites. - Present Futures value proposition by providing customerswith our Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives i.e.,Business Partner Programme etc. in order to enhance servicecapabilities at all customer sites. - Work with branch and regionalmanagement to set, implement, drive, and monitor sales and marginbudgets globally by site that will increase share at each locationand outperform industry and Futures growth projections. - Drivekey supplier initiatives outlined by marketing at each customersite to ensure corporate supplier commitments are achieved. -Provide a high level of service by being responsive to thecustomers needs with regards to return of quotes, productavailability, lead times and delivery queries as necessary. -Engage the Field Application Engineering team in order tocapitalise on associative sell opportunities. - Do you have: -Commercially astute and resilient with consistent proven salestrack within the company or other electronic distribution businessfor the past five years. Educated to degree standard, ideally witha technical or business nature. - Demonstrated understanding oftechnical team by achieving a designated number of designs in. -Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. -Highly organised and accurate, able to work under pressure andmaintain extensive attention to detail.
